IS THERE ANYTHING THAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

The only thing that you may wish to spend your own money on is wine to take home at discounted cellar door prices or any other drinks you wish to purchase during lunch.

WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT ONBOARD?

Our private air-conditioned busses will exceed your expectations. We will supply an onboard esky with ice and you can be the DJ the entire day. We encourage you to make yourself at home and respect our buses. Yes, we allow people to decorate the bus on request.

You will not see any random people on board because we do not offer public mixed groups we only offer private tours.

HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN YOU CATER FOR?

We are lucky enough to be able to offer you private tours for:

X-SMALL GROUPS | 5 or less passengers (small group fee charged)

SMALL GROUPS | 6 - 11 passengers

MEDIUM GROUPS | 12 - 21 passengers

LARGE GROUPS | 22 - 39 passengers ((Gold Coast only) +$5pp)

X-LARGE GROUPS | 40 - 55 passengers ((Gold Coast only) + $5pp)

*We also accommodate larger bookings of up to 220 passengers. Contact us to discuss.

I HAVE A GROUP OF FEWER THAN 6 PEOPLE?

Too easy! we can cater for smaller groups. Unfortunately, our standard tour pricing does increase slightly the smaller your group. (yes it is still your own private tour and vehicle)

5 passengers = Tour price + $15pp

4 passengers = Tour price + $30pp

3 passengers = Tour price + $45pp

2 passengers = Tour price + $60pp

(No discounts or promotions apply to 'small groups')

HOW DOES OUR GROUP PAY?

Once we have confirmed and secured your proposed date and vehicle size, the process is as simple as 1 easy payment. You will receive an invoice within 24 business hours of making the booking, you will have the choice of secured online payment or you and your crew can individually make payments to the bank details provided using your unique Invoice number as your transfer discription, all payments are to be made within 2 weeks of making the booking or as per your 'Due date' whatever comes first..

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

50% refunds are given on any monies payed up until 14 days (inclusive of day 14) out from your tour, NIL monies are refundable from that point.

HOW FAR AWAY WILL YOU PICK UP? IS THERE A DISTANCE FEE?

Yes, we will pick you up from basically anywhere 'within reason'. Depending on your pick-up address we will let you know if there is a pick-up fee based on where you're getting picked up from. Usually, it is a few bucks more PP to cover the extra time for your drivers, fuel, and KM.

CAN YOU DO MULTIPLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS FOR OUR PRIVATE GROUP?

WE NEVER REALLY DO so the answer will probably be SORRY WE CANNOT DO THAT, but; Yes, we have under some circumstances! Just let us know when you first enquire and we will make sure it is in our initial quote (if we can).

FYI: We pick up at your private locations.

DRINKS AND FOOD ONBOARD, CAN WE?

Yes, you can! We just ask you to be respectful to our vehicles. We provide an esky onboard with ice for BYO snacks and drinks, make sure you bring plenty of water. We also ask you to respect the vehicles and Qld and Australian laws while onboard. Any damage caused by your group to our vehicles will be charged back to the person who booked the tour via an invoice with 14 days to pay before SPER are notified.

CAN SOMEONE UNDER 18 JOIN THE TOUR?

Yes, they can! For obvious reasons they cannot part take in the tastings, but can enjoy the delightful lunch, atmosphere and get a good education on wine, beer and their processes. When you book just let us know so we can give the under 18's 50% off.

SOMEONE OVER 18 WANTS TO COME BUT DOESN'T/CANNOT DRINK?

Let them know that they're now our new designated driver so we can enjoy a few drinks with you! Ok that's a lie. Yes they can jump onboard and will receive 50% off. This includes the two course lunch and their transfers. They're more than welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic drinks on board too.

DO YOU LET US HAVE FUN ON THE BUS?

Yes, we do! We actually encourage every group to have a great time and do whatever they want (within reason, love our vehicles because they love you). We will even let you customise or decorate the bus to suit your event or party. (We kindly ask, NO GLITTER)

Any damage caused by your group to our vehicles will be charged back to the person who booked the tour via an invoice with 14 days to pay before SPER are notified.

We ask all guests to please abide by Australian and Qld laws and to listen to any directions given to them by your private tour guide.
